The product must be returned unused in the original packaging to complete a refund. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accomodate refunds if you don't email us prior to return shipping.

Approximately 12 hours if burned in a container that allows the wax to pool and be consumed fully. Burn for at least 2 hours before extinguishing to allow proper wick to wax ratio.

Ensure candle is kept clean and doesn't gather dirt or excess dust. If dirty or dusty, carefully clean the top of your candle with paper towel or lint free cloth. To ensure your candle burns cleanly across the top, burn it one hour for each inch in diameter or until the wax pool extends from edge to edge. Trim the wick to about 1/4 inch before each burn. Never leave a lit candle unattended.
